May I...... whine a bit??????

Whine, whine, whine, whine, whine!! shakehead

Well, I started on my Babesia treatments and got a kick on the rear for it!! Ugh!! My EBV has reactivated, and the Babesia isn't playing nice!!! Waaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

I slept 11 hours last night and I'm still soooo tired! ACK!!! smhair I'm going to have to step up my detoxing and although I'm eating well, I need to keep a closer watch on what I eat now. Not fair, I say!!! LOL!!! I was feeling pretty good - I don't want to feel icky any more - 40 years is enough in my mind. I'm just tired of it all. I guess the tick-borne infections still have a pretty tight grip on me. cry

I'll be sooo glad when I get further down the road with this treatment!

Thanks all! I know I'm doing better than I was, and am better than a lot of you folks, so sorry for whining - I just had to whine to someone about it though!!!

OOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! You are certainly entitled to whine and boy 40 years of whining is a lot to get out. (I think I can hear you from here - LOL)

Please take good care of yourself. It will just be a little bit longer till you feel a little better each day but a slow go is necessary until then.

While I know we are not supposed to have sugar, I believe that my orange vitamin C "vitamin water" did a world of good with my immune system and used to give me a little boost of energy when I needed it.

Maybe some chicken soup and a good movie? I hope you feel better very soon.

I hadn't thought of upping my Vitamin C!!!! Thank you!! and I really like my chicken soup - a BIG comfort food for me! It's thick with lots of vegis - yum yum!! Chicken soup tonight!!!

Thanks so much! When I'm feeling all icky, I can't seem to think of what things to do for myself - ironic, huh? LOL!!

It makes sense that you can't think right now on how to care for yourself. It's hard when you're that out of it.

Take it slow and allow yourself to the down time that you need.

Be gentle with yourself and remember, you'll get through this.

Have you treated Babesia before? I've heard that if you have babesia and don't treat it you won't be able to get rid of the Lyme completely either. So maybe this is the last big push you need!

Lots of bright coloured veggies- they give me more energy than anything else. I don't know too much more about Babesia unfortunately, but it sounds like it sucks.

It's true, if a person has Babesia or Bartonella, most likely the Lyme treatment will plateau and will not go any further until the other infections are taken care of. I started off treating the Lyme in March of last year (2011) and treated for a total of 9 months. I started Bartonella treatment in June of last year as well and treated for a total of 6 months. My symptoms were pretty much well under control for those two infections, but my Babs symptoms were strong, so we stopped my Lyme and Bart treatments and started my Babs treatment - ugh! eyes This is the first time I had any treatment for my Bart or my Babs infections.
