Hi all. I wanted to share with you a brand of probiotics I take that I believe to be the best out there and recommend to anyone. It is called OrthoBiotic.

It contains 7 strains, along with the strain saccharomyces boulardi (very important for lyme healing) with 20 billion CFU. It also has been scientifically formulated for room temperature storage, so no refridgeration is needed. You can get at most health stores for around $30 for 30 capsules.

I just had my first LLMD apt yesterday and he put me on that same Probiotic and I questioned it at first as I was taking a 50billion critical care by renew life ..so I looked on that one to see if that saccharomyces boulardi is in it and it is NOT so I am glad you posted this as I learned something and will take the Ortho Biotic no questions asked..LOL Thanks Kaite 18 :)

I've been using Solgar probiodics. It's 2 billion per pill...I'll have to check yours out. The solgar is only $16 for 30 capsules..but I will keep my eye out for yours too.

Glad I could help Purplegirl. @SleeplessNJ yea the Orthobiotics are a little pricey, but definitely worth it. You can get them for a bit cheaper on Amazon.

yes this is a good one!

It's also a good idea to change probiotics every couple of months. More strands of bacteria the better! I always try to use one with at least 15billion count or higher.

And cheaper is not better when it comes to probiotics. Make sure it's allergen free.
