The FIR sauna will only get it out of your CNS if you exercise first to mobilize it - that is what the Hubbard method suggests. Once mobilized, you then sweat it directly out of the bloodstream via the deep penetrating heat of the FIR sauna. You run for a short time - perhaps 20 minutes, then you go directly into the sauna at high temps and for as long as you can. Plus, the exercise itself may get you to sweat the metals out directly as well. The 911 rescuers and people caught in the aftermath of the towers falling (some were in good shape, but some were not) had high levels of metals in their CNS - their symptoms showed up at various times from 5-9 years after exposure and the metals were distributed throughout their bodies including their CNS.
As you probably know, to get the metals out, you have to mobilize them and you have to make sure you either bind them in the gut via a chelator or sweat them out directly - at least that's what my research has found. I personally am not a fan of the chemical chelators because they can do damage on their own right from what I've read (Cutler, not withstanding). That's why, for me personally, I have stuck with mainly the sweat route with just a little bit of ALA and/or zeolite/chlorella for good measure. Again, I was heavily metal toxic with Hg but it has come way down and I am hoping to continue that trend to be metal-free, or near about
s, later this year. Also, with the amount of Lyme in me, my detox pathways were all compromised quite dramatically. I dunno, I guess it's like Lyme - it's just different for different people - I like Cutler's approach, don't get me wrong, but I do not like the idea of using DMSA or DMPS (for reasons previously stated) and, what works for him may not (in fact, probably won't) work for everyone else. Folks will have to find their own way that works best for them.
I wish you the very best in your detox journey - maybe the "sweating it out" route is something you might try if the other methods are not working so well. It's just an alternative I wanted to let folks know of here in this thread. The Cutler method is another alternative - my biological dentist used I/V drip EDTA chelation 15 years ago and it worked for him...so, again, different methods to get good results!
**BTW - I am NOT a big L. Ron Hubbard fan, in general, Read: I am not a Scientologist! But his method for detoxing the people from the 911 aftermath has won him some pretty good and braod acclaim. Now, back to my regularly scheduled program!
