I've come across some food ideas for gluten and sugar free diets!

I've noticed that since going off of sugar, good food tastes better. Like a red pepper can almost taste like candy to me, especially if I roast it to caramelize it's natural sugars. Some types of lettuce even taste sweet to me.

My friend helped me clean the basement today (making room for the sauna)
We took a break and I made us some blackberry smoothies with almond milk, cashews and stevia
As we sipped our smoothies she was eating corn chips and salsa. I cut up a raw pepper and was munching on that. She finally stopped her chips and ate some of my pepper. It was like this little friend bonding moment over the pepper. We both kept marveling about how tasty and crisp it was. The chips were easy for her, but once the pepper was cut up and available, she went right for it.

I have an heirloom tomato on the counter calling my name for lunch tomorrow, I'm going to eat it with an avocado and the idea of it is totally decadent because I know it will taste so darn good.
