You don't even know how good you'll feel until you truly get away from it. Seriously, it does help, but the longer you're away the better it helps!
It really is addictive trust me, I know. I was one of the biggest sugar addicts there was. I ate cinnamon toast crunch for breakfast, bowls of it..then I'd eat dessert every night. Mind you, I'm only about
90 pounds and 5'1..I have a very small frame too and my whole family is small..
I dropped it ALL when I found out sugar fed them. It literally grossed me out to think I was feeding them. Shoot, they cause me SO many problems, I am sure as **** not feeding them!! LOL. That mindset helped a lot! I don't even rarely eat any fruit any more. I do eat almond butter. MMMMM and lots of eggs, salads, curries, We almost never eat out, but when we do I eat something like Chipotle which has abx/hormone free meats and some organic/local produce. I get a salad with chicken and some bell peppers/onions and some tomato salsa (not vinegar based I asked) and I eat that..no beans, no corn, no starch, no sugar that I am aware of.
You can do it! I know you can. We're here to help ! I eat a lot of fat..eggs, nuts, coconut, oils.......I eat alllllllll the time cause I'm always starving LOL.
I'm a fighter.......In the words of Beyonce (Destiny's child)
I'm a survivor
I'm not gon give up
I'm not gon stop
I'm gon work harder
I'm a survivor
I'm gonna make it
I will survive
Keep on survivin'
