It felt so good, I love the heat. I could have stayed in for an hour, but I listened to the advice I read here and did 12 minutes.
The instructions said to set the temp higher then you really want, and get in while the temp was climbing. So I got in when it was at about
100 degrees, when I got out it was about
110 and the heaters had been on the whole time. Then I took a shower, applied my magnesium oil, hung on the inversion table a bit and then rocked (good for the lymphatics)
I was surprised how you can lean right up against the heating elements and it's not too hot.
Now lets hope I didn't over do anything...

Hoping you didn't overdo anything. Sounds fantastic and I am envious!!
What magnesium oil did you end up purchasing? I am trying to decide which to purchase!

I went with the Ancient Minerals brand. There was a review on the other cheaper one from someone that works in a lab, she said she brought it in for testing and the cheaper one had mercury, where the Ancient Minerals brand did not. That was all I needed to decide

I bought it years ago because I liked how it relieve the pressure on my back. I later learned that rocking on it is great for the lymphatics. I don't invert to 180, just enough to get my head below my heart. It's very relaxing

LoveHealth,
I've never heard of Magnesium Oil before. Is this something you apply like a regular body oil, or only in specific areas?

Thanks Lovehealth. . . I had heard of using this to treat CCSVI--so was not sure what your purpose was. That makes sense!!!
