I am still trying to figure out whats wrong with me I thought if I got a csf fluid anyalysis it would come up with something but I still don't know whats wrong. the neurologist did an ms panel and everything was negative even igg csf and index albumin and sythesis but they found 2 gamma bands in the csf. neuro wants another mri in 6 months but what if its not ms and it is lyme?Just wondering if anyoone else had gamma bands in csf.

Hi Nana,

Well, a csf fluid analysis is not a good way to find Lyme, so it doesn't rule it out. It does rule out a lot of other things, however.

In order to get a diagnosis for Lyme disease, you will really need to see a Lyme Literate Doctor. They will evaluate your symptoms and get more accurate testing and diagnose you clinically.

The symptoms you outline in your previous post do sound a lot like Lyme. Have you checked out the "New to Lyme?" thread at the top of the forum. It has a lot of good information you would find helpful.

yes but what is making me crazy is the gamma bands everywhere I read it says ms.

theres no natural doctors or llmd's where I live and these doctors rely on standard elisa and western blot tests.
I think there is some a few hours a way from here that someone told me about. I thought for sure that all the meds I was on would have killed it. Lots of sulfa and antifungals including flagyl and vancomycin in 2010 when I had resp. failure,I was on flagyl for two months
