Hi,

I only have IGG P23AB present from my test results (labcorp). All other bands IGG and IGM were absent. What does this mean? Do I have definitely have lyme?

I have some GI problems and would love to have someone explain ways to deal with this. Thank you,

Welcome to the forum. Band 23 is lyme specific which means you will only show antibodies to band 23 if you have been exposed to lyme. Whether or not you are suffering from symptoms attributable to lyme would have to be determined by an LLMD. But having that test result, I would definintely get to see a lyme literate medical doctor. Are you having symptoms?
