Hi KaliDhi,
Thanks for your kind words... And good for you for addressing the emotional aspects! You know the saying, healthy mind, healthy body...
Why can't we wake up tomorrow and be healthy? I wish it was so simple.. I don't have a simple answer as it would take me pages to answer you. Anyway, for me it was looking at the Big Picture! I knew I had bacteria (I still may as I believe everyone has lyme spirochetes but they don't cause any problems, why? Perhaps watching Dr. Rau's lecture may explain this to you)...

I didn't go after killing bacteria, I went after ridding my body of toxins because after the bacteria die off (which they do without any medicine), they leave all sorts of toxins. As most older members know, I am really big on detoxing.
Hence, by detoxing (baths, dry skin brushing, foot baths, coffee enema's, sauna, exercise, etc.) and using supplements that work for me (such as Green Vibrance, Vit. C., etc.) that in turn keeps my immune system strong. This takes work and some people would just rather swallow a pill because it's easier (I'm not talking about anyone here). I believe if one puts in the work then their body can and will kill off bacteria on it's own.
Then I look at today's lifestyle and foods.. Our air is polluted, the foods we eat are processed and full of chemicals (not the foods my grandparents ate at all!), so I ask myself what is there to eat that is healthy? Even though some foods claim to be organic, are they really? I still struggle with food even today..
Of course we already addressed the stress issue but I must say it again, stress by itself is a killer.. I really suggest going to a counselor (a good one) just to learn how to deal with stress and diminish it... I think people forgot how to relax (yes, I know these are not the best of times which affects us all)...
Don't know if that answers your question.. But it's a start! LOL!
