Today I went outside and it felt like it was beginning to rain, I felt a slight mist over both arms. I looked down and there was not water, then I looked up and there were no rain clouds.  So it wasn't raining but I had to keep checking. I googled it and it took me to MS info.

Anyone with Lyme feel wet sensation?

I did go to chiro today, was adjusted and put on some heavy duty B-12. Could it be related?

Ah, when does the weirdness go away?

I have had this happen to me indoors. Funny, yes. Scary, yea. I also thought of MS when I first noticed the rain-drop or wet sensation on my arms and legs b/c that's where google and web md led me too. I also have a dear friend that has MS so I'm well aware of the coincidental relation bt our symtpoms. A lot of them are the same. A few different, but for the most part, other than MS being muscle degeneration, I deal with disc and bone degeneration from osteo arthritis and osteoperosis. No brain lesions and clean MRI and only diagnosed with Chronic Lyme and co infections Bartonella, Babesia, Mycoplasma and a few others I cant think of(Lyme Brain).

Just have some of the same questions. I do 4cc's B12 twice weekly, but that hasnt changed for two yrs so I dont think my B12 use is related. However, I did take Cymbalta and Neurontin long term for depression and nerve pain. I wonder if that is somehow connected? Anybody have any ideas?

Having an extremely rough lyme cycle right now and everything hurts, all of my pain, insomnia and anxiety is exxagerated along with all of my other wonderful lyme symptoms and medication side effects. Blek. Really feeling sorry for myself. Sorry

Amanda, so sorry to hear you are going through a rough cycle. The strange symptoms that we have to put up with is enough to make anyone depressed. I guess we can feel relieved we do not have MS, since they have strange symptoms but no known cure.
Though I have heard that some think MS is Lyme?
I personally am working very hard on not feeling crazy

I have had those sensations, I'm pretty sure they are neuropathies, they come from the nervous system. Mine is much better since I'm taking the Neurotox Antitox CNS/PNS from Dr J at the Hansa Center. The stuff binds with the neuro toxins and helps move it through your system.

The neuropathy symptoms are really disturbing to me, sorry you have to go through this.

The wet/cold sensation was one of my biggest symptoms before starting treatment for Lyme. It went away after being antibiotics (not sure at what point), but has returned a couple of times, though nothing like before.

I've had that before - usually my weird nerve symptoms come and go in phases. For a few months I had this one spot on my leg that would shoot this weird sensation through if I touched it, and then there was the month or so I'd constantly have the sensation that I'd either wet myself or spilled a hot beverage in my lap. Funny how no matter how often it happened, every single time I had to check in a panic to make sure I wasn't having technical difficulties!

I frequently get a type of sensation in my forearms that makes me feel aware of my veins. It's disturbing and I realize now it is a nerve thing.
