Thought I would share a detox tip that some of you might have tried or not.
Its worked for me for a couple of days now.
I believe a lot of my pain/inflamation is due to neurotoxin build up. I do the routine detoxing --skin brush, epsom salt, massage, lemon water etc. But a couple days ago I was desparate so I tried cilantro. I read an article by Klinghardt about detoxing and one suggestion was to try cilantro (oil, herb, tea, whatever). So I bought some the herb from the grocery store and made some pesto and ate some fresh throughout the day.
(like 2 cups of this)
Reading up more on cilantro --- it has so many good things --- antioxidants, anti-inflamatory,antiviral.
So, I'll keep munching on cilantro --- probably other culinary herbs have similar properties too (oregano?Parsley?)
