essential oils

Jernigan's protocol includes essential oils and I really do think they help.

Last night I went for another Bowenwork session where she used essential oils, she used a TON of oils on me. Some I was familiar with and some I wasn't. A lot were antimicrobial like oil of Oregano, Thieves oil, Thyme

At the end she decided to put Fennel oil on my stomach. Luckily I like the smell, it was strong.

I went home and hit the sauna, sweat like crazy. This morning I still smelled so much like Fennel that a guy at work commented on smelling licorice.
It is now well over 24 hours later and I still smell it. It's like it permeated my pores and is just pouring out, kind of like when you eat too much garlic.

I read it's good for digestion and it has a component that is is a strong antimicrobial. I feel really good, no herxing and my pain levels are very low. I was even more calm at work where things are really stressful lately.

There's definitely something to the oils. It makes sense since they have the properties of the plants and the skin absorbs everything.

Does anyone else use them?

I have found that I can't use Thieves at night, it literally keeps me awake for hours.

I don't think it was an ammonia smell yesterday, after the second sauna session I finally had it all out and no longer smell it.

I don't usually tolerate any kind of fragrance, but can use these with no problems

Interesting on the eucalyptus oil, I'll have to try it.

The fennel oil really seemed to do something, but I read it's highly estrogenic, so I need to be cautious of it.

I'm also carrying a small vial of lemon oil with me and use it at restaurants in my water. There's no chance of getting bacteria off of one of their lemons by just using my oil
