Does anyone have a good book recommendation for dealing with Lyme and what the best diet is?
Thanks

Also Stephen Buhner's
Healing Lyme: Natural Healing & Prevention of Lyme Borreliosis & Its Co-infections
at this website:

His explainations of the effects of Bb and coinfections on the body and how the body reacts to them are good.
This is good for general infections (by the same author):

I highly recommend "Out of the Woods: Healing Lyme Body, Mind & Spirit" By Katina I Makris. This book offers invaluable information on homeopathic and antibiotic treatment programs as well as other alternative treatments. The books is very thorough as well as inspirational. The author is a Lyme veteran as well as a Classical homeopath.

I've read and would recommend some of the others posted - Dr. Jernigan's "Beating Lyme Disease" was also a really great read for me as well. I'm surprising myself to say I've never read any Lyme-specific diet book - there's a lot of information out there - there have also been threads about
diet in the past here on the forum if you want to use the search function. Adding things like ginger, garlic, and lemon to your diet can be really beneficial, as well as probiotic foods like yogurt, kefir, etc.
