Question about Lyme coming back

I was diagnosed with Lyme disease 4 years ago. I had severe swelling in my knees to the point where i could barely bend them, moving joint pain, and anxiety for symptoms. I was treated with Dioxycycline (excuse my spelling) for three weeks and that was that.
Recently I started having the shifting pains again and developed abnormal anxiety and mood swings, started having migraines and frequent headaches with chills, started having chest pains, am tired a lot more than normal, get much more fatigued than normal from exercise, and have had two legitimate panic attack, but had no swelling, though I was told I have plantar fasciitis in one of my feet.
My doctor did blood tests, and I turned up positive for ANA and had lyme antibodies. My doctor says that its normal to still have lyme antibodies after being cured and doesn't thing that the lyme is the problem, but wants to send me to a rheumatologist. She also ignores the mental symptoms as being any sort of a problem.
Ive been doing research and the majority points towards this being lyme and not another problem. Does anyone have any input?
