LLMD near Georgia?

I'm new to this forum and to a concerted effort to address my Lyme. I got the rash 25 years ago, but was told by 2 doctors it wasn't lyme because I was in Georgia. Since then I have been diagnosed with CFS, Fibromyalgia and Adult Onset ADD, none of which have a pathogen associated. My gynecologist 15 years ago said I had lyme after I gave symptoms and gave me 2 weeks of doxycycline. I felt like a new person! Joint stiffness persisted, but I felt great and was otherwise symptom free. Now I've had immune system difficulties for about 5 years and it is getting worse. I'm terrified I'll get an infection my body can't fight. It is so hard to keep moving forward when doctors keep telling you it isn't lyme but they don't know what it is.

Thanks! I do need help finding an LLMD, preferably in north GA (Athens/Atlanta) but I'll drive to find someone willing to seriously consider lyme as a possibility.

I am in NW ATL and I go to a dr. in MS.  There is a GA lyme group on yahoo but my understanding from the group, there are no LLMD's in GA.  Most got to SC or FL.  I can talk if you would like..typing hard due to joint pain...may be able to help.  email me if interested.
