Newly Diagnosed. Pain in foot (bite site).

My test results were positive for Lyme. I have the rash on my foot, close to my 3rd and 4th toes. I know this isn't a typical place for the rash. My question is...is it normal to have pain in the bite area? I first noticed the rash last Tuesday (June 12th). The discoloration is more purple now and has faded quite a bit...but my toes ache. I can barely put pressure on them when I walk. My two toes are also still swollen. Just wanted to see if this is normal. I have been on antibiotics since Friday of last week. Besides the foot problem, my only lingering complaint is a sore/stiff neck. I find it very hard to sleep at night. I'm so glad to have found this forum!!
