Keeping the intestines moving regularly - once or twice a day - will keep all kinds of toxins from re-absorbing back into a person's body through the intestinal walls. It's incredibly important to keep the intestines moving for this reason.
There is also a new study out that says that if our intestines are populated with the good bacteria (which also helps the bowels to move regularly), it will also help with our immune systems!!!
