Still waiting for results for New Lyme Test

Hello,

I took my new lyme test through Advanced Labs and I'm STILL waiting for the results! It's taking forever because they are waiting for the culture to "grow" I guess.

Anyway, I'm doing okay except my digestive issues are still bothering me and now I was recently DX with early asthma! They gave me an inhaler thing to use which I did and then stopped a couple of weeks ago because it seems to have cleared up.

My anxiety.....still taking a toll on my mental health. I was on Cymbalta 30 mg and went off only to go back on 20mg 2.5 months later. Ringing in right ear was really bad but since going back on the Cymbalta, seems to be letting up.

I really wish there wasn't such a controversy over the whole lyme thing. I'm still always questioning my 20 lesions on my brain even with a positive (numerous times) Igenex test.

I've been on ABX since March 2012 but will go back on probably Octoberish after I see my lyme doctor on Sept 25th.

I'm still getting the creepy crawlies all over, woke up one night with numb finger tips, twitchig/pulling on a nerve on my face for like four days last week, on and on..

I am having a hard time believing that I will ever be my normal happy self again. I worry 24/7 about my health, about the lesions, what the future holds for me, etc.

Thanks for listening...I just need to vent sometimes.
