Did you consult with a lyme literate practitioner (LLP), hey, I just made that up I think before taking these supplements? Or are you doing this on your own and if so, why?
In any case, most supplements state on the labels if they should be taken with food or on an empty stomach.
Are you taking abx?
Why not keep it simple and take a Greens Powder that contains most of the supplements you listed?
The only supplements I take is Green Vibrance and CALM (a magnesium drink). I don't trust any fish oils because I really don't know what I am getting these days...
