hi, does any one take samento/cumanda and do you pulse it or just take it every day? thanks

I don't personally take it, but I know many people who love Samento and take it daily. They don't pulse it. It's a common treatment from one of the LLMD's nearby.

do you take both together and do you have to start slow like it says on the bottle one drop then keep increasing it do you know thanks?
