Detox Bath and Ginger

Hi there. Just reading the detox bath post. Does the ginger go in the bath or the foot bath. I'm assuming I put it in with the bath, peroxide and epsom salts? Teacher 01

You can do either - when I put it in the full bath I put it in either a tea ball or just an old pair of stockings or something, that way it's not a pain to clean.
