I had the Western Blot test done and received 2 positives and the rest negitives. My doctor said she is not convinced that I still could have Lyme. Does anyone know about
this test and can provide me with some advice.

Hi Nikcin!
Welcome to the Lyme forum! We're so glad you ventured over here!
Do you have a copy of your results? If so please let us know which bands were positive, as there are some very disease specific bands on there. Also, please note if they are IgG or IgM bands.
Lots of doctor don't know enough about
this test because they aren't up on the most recent research. Lyme specialists, LLMD's (Lyme Literate Medical Doctors), will usually diagnose clinically (based on symptoms).
You could also read through our "New to Lyme?" Start here!" thread at the top of the forum as it has symptom lists, important information and informative links.
