My tounge was better and then it got bad again

I dont know why, tounge is resting on upper palet

and it has to go down, hard to talk and it feels so uncomfortable

I did not bite it or anything, it just happened again,

my life is one dr. after another, jeez

Sorry, I've never had that. I know you've been having a really hard time hope2be, and I really hope you find some peace soon. have you ever thought of using herbs?? One doctor puts his protocol right on line for everyone. it's something you could start today. he even breaks it down according to symptoms what you could use. just a thought. i started taking herbs this weekend and let me tell you i'm pretty sure they're working because I'm exhausted!!! I think you have appts. this week, am I right? good luck with them and i hope you get the help you need. keep us posted!

If it begins to affect your ability to breathe at all then you ]must get yourself to an emergency room immediately!!!

That is not a "regular" symptom of any of the tick-borne infections, so it could easily be an allergic reaction from any of the medications/herbs/supplements that you are currently taking.

I would suggest that you try to figure out what sets this off. When did it start again? What things did you eat or drink just before you noticed it again? Were you around some perfume or something like that? Do you have any allergies that you might have accidently exposed yourself to?

You could try taking a Benedryl to see if that reduces the swelling - unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients.

yeah went and got a script for it. Yeah, have to figure out why the tounge issue.

I am feeling a bit better than yesterday, thank goodness.

I saw a sign outside, for ionic foot bath at this new massage place
while driving today, so of course I turned around and asked about it
at 11:50 and they said I could have a 12:00 apt. So thatwas nice.
I felt better that I found a place I can do some more detoxing at.

so I am grateful for that blessing today, I am going back there
tomorrow for a infrared sauna and to pick some alkaline water

it is harder to talk, had to make the phone call to a freind short,
but I will c her for lunch later this week. I may bring some paper, pens in case.

My spiritis feel a zillion times better today, thank u all for your support
and this site, to get me through each day on my journey to wellness.

Please remember that detoxing too much too fast can set off herxes that can be hard to deal with. You should take detoxing slowly as well. Please don't do too much, or use one method for very long until you know how you will react.

Just one foot soak the first time gave me a 3 day migraine. I would suggest that you give yourself at least 2 days in between detoxing methods, and don't stay in the sauna for more than 10 minutes at first. Once you find out how well your body can tolerate those things, then you can up your time in them slowly. No need to bring on more misery than we already get to deal with!
