What should I buy? Doug Coil? EMEM5A? Other?

I have reading a lot on coil and rife machines. I am trying to figure out which one is the cheapest, best one. Not the most expensive one. I found this website:

Do any of you know if any of these would be up to par in killing Lyme/Co-infections? After everything I have read I think I am ready to make a purchase on a device. Does anyone have any success stories?
