I'm so sorry it's taking me so long to post those links - life has gotten incredibly busy on me!
The research shows that as long as no more than 2 tablespoons a day are used, there is
no danger to the thyroid. Links are still to come, but I promise I will get to it!
Something else I discovered though is that doses of
more than 2 tablespoons a day also have the potential to interfere with estrogen.
With the issues of heavy metals and how hard they are to detox out of the body, and even harder with an already ill body, I was concerned about
using fish oils, so that's why I started using flax seed.
For all who choose to use fish oils instead of flax seed, please be sure you are getting it from a safe source, one that says the oils have been through some kind of a process to be sure that they aren't laden with mercury and other stuff that we just don't need!
