Lyme without pain?

Although my 19-year-old daughter was only recently diagnosed with Lyme (and babesiosis), I believe she has had it for about seven years. Despite a positive western blot test result, she is having some difficulty accepting she has Lyme, especially because her presentation is chiefly psychological, with minor cardiac symptoms, and she experiences no joint pain or inflammation whatsoever.

Are any of you aware of other Lyme patients free of joint pain/inflammation?

I was misdiagnosed for 12 years. I only have periodic joint pain. Mine was severe PVCs, constant ears hurting and mainly psychological. I became so anxious, even had some depression, hated everyone (including my family). I am on disability as I am a school nurse and can't handle the stress along with the brain fog of taking care of 600 elementary children. I did specifically ask him if it was uncommon for it to be mainly psychological. He said no and to remember..."no 2 Lymes patients are alike!"
