Weird feeling

Sounds like maybe "orthostatic intolerance" or POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). I get this also, due to Lyme.

The other thing that you should consider is that you are feeling the effects of killing off more bacteria - so it could be a milder herx.

When we exercise we inhale deeper and more often - oxygen kills the bacteria. Also, when we are exercising, the blood gets to moving around faster and we heat up some - the heating up of our bodies kills more bacteria and then the blood moving through out us faster will bring out more of the toxins to be expelled.

So what you could be experiencing is a herx brought on by the exercise itself. This is why a lot of us must "exercise as tolerated", not for a set amount of time each day or whatever.

Hello,,new here,,,My Lymes various test by Igenex and more labs are pending,, will have my answer's at my Docs. appt on Tuesday..My SYmtoms,, to start Skin crawling and some prick and itching,,, occational 2 little tiny holes like if they were bites, alwyas showing up next to eachother about 1/2" apart,,,started developing some mild neuro pain in body,,,These are the main obvious symptoms,,,the hiden unknown ones alos there.....Has anyone tryed taking Clorophill liquid? I'm taking a bunch of suplements till my Doc sees me on Tuesday and tells me what next,,,,

So far in 3 weeks nothing has taken my symtpms away,,,,the neuro ones turned more mild,,,the skin issue is there still,, I know I have a long wy to go.......................

 

Thanks All.. good Info here .. After reading about POTS Im thinking thats not it so could be Herx .. Ill talk with my LLMD in 2 weeks when I see him also... Thanks again everyone :)

Welcome!! I'm so sorry that you are so ill. Hang in there! Is your doctor Lyme literate? If they are not known to be Lyme literate, chances of you getting the right treatment are pretty slim to none. You really should be treated by a LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor) or if you are wanting to be treated by natural means, then by a good Holistic Doctor.

You will need to do a number of things to get those symptoms to reduce, one of which is getting into treatment and another big one is detoxing. As I said, you can find instructions on detoxing when you have these infections in the "New to Lyme?" thread.
