I have a friend who lives in middle TN, and needs to find a LLMD.  He is willing to travel if necessary.  If you can recommend anyone, please reply.

Welcome! You are such a wonderful friend for trying to help find a LLMD! Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to post doctor's names or contact info on the forum though. Would you please enable your email option in your profile - don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the submit button. Or better yet, have your friend join us and we can have some conversations with them instead!

I know that s/he would benefit from our community! Even if your friend won't/can't join, could you maybe get them to do some reading on our site? We have a great thread titled "New to Lyme? Start Here!" that sits at the top of the forum and it's packed full of important information, informative links, symptom lists (as Lyme rarely travels alone), and even a list of questions when trying to find a good LLMD!

Another consideration - does your friend wish to use conventional Western Medicine or would they like to use Holistic Medicine to heal from these infections? I realize that you have asked for a LLMD and that would lead most to believe that you need a Western Medicine doc, but I like to be certain.

I know of one in middle TN, feel free to email me at --------- for his info. I don't have my appt until Feb, but I've heard he's a great doctor and he definitely treats patients with Lyme :)

At this point he would be willing to try anything, Western or Alternative.

I took your email address out of your post. We are on an open forum -meaning that anyone online can read our posts, although only members can answer a post and use the email buttons. I didn't figure you really wanted every weirdo out there sending you emails!!

It's much, much safer to enable your email options in your profile and be sure to click "submit" at the bottom of the page!

You will need to either email me or enable your email option so that I and others can email you the info you are asking for.

To email a member here, click on the little blue envelope under their screen name - if it's not lit up in blue, that means they haven't enabled their email option.
