Pain on left rib area

I have been taking ceftin and diflucan for a UTI, and the bottom of my left rib feels odd, on and off, slight pain but not bad. It is also sore to the touch in that area. Feels like a sore muscle.

I'm wondering if it could be inflammation of spleen or liver. Anyone experienced this?

That was one of my freak out symptoms when joint pain spread to my lower ribs and then my chest wall. No idea what it was but it felt similar to the joint pain. Not terrible pain and not all the time - just annoying. Went away with the doxy as did most of the joint pain so I'll let you know if it returns while I'm waiting for LLmd appointment w/o abx.
