That's a tricky one too! As steroids are not good for those with Lyme - they suppress the immune system allowing the bacteria to spread further and faster - although in some instances, steroids are necessary to avoid too much damage from RA.

Are you sure you have RA? Is it active and something that needs to be treated - are you showing symptoms? Or is it the results from a test?

I would suggest that you find a LLMD that knows how to deal with both diseases, as it will have to be a very careful balance as you treat both diseases.
