Spirulina (Nutrex) brand from Hawaii. I had it this morning with breakfast. I am going on good bm #6,and its only been 6.5 hours since ive taken it. Seriously though.

Spirulina is 95% digestible because it has soft cell walls. It promotes digestion and bowel function

I've heard of that. How much are you using? It sounds like you can cut back a little. I'll be interested in hearing how you do on it.

Cut back? I dont want to. lol. Im not having diarrhea. only 3000mg.
