I'm glad you both like the sound of it.

It is pretty fool proof,no I don't mean you two!!!LOL

The only thing that can go wrong is, too much or not enough apple juice liquid, it is really important that the ground almonds really soak up the juices, otherwise the nuts stay too dry.

I thought we decided,we're not nutty,just mildly excentric.
