To ZPACK or not

So after going to the walk in clinic yesterday (see panic attack below), the dr said she thought I was coming down with something and gave me a zpack which is azithromycin 250 mg tabs just a six pack. Shw swabbed my throat and it came back negative. I am supposed to take 2 this morning then one for four days. I feel better today though my throat is still bothering me a little bit.

I kind of don't want to take it because after being on the doxy for a month and then having the pains underneath my ribs I was worried about my liver - though I haven't had the pains in about a week now. Should I take this?

Thanks for the response traveler. Yes, that was my opinion. Granted, everyone at my work is sick. EVERYONE. boss and labmates and cubby mates all coughing. So it isn't surprising that maybe I'm getting something. I missed 2 doses of cats claw yesterday since I wasn't feeling well. But I'll pick that up at lunch time.
I've been off abx for two weeks now but using the cats claw for week. Think its okay if I pick that up today and not take the zpack? Anyway that is my plan for now. Still a little under the weather but not panicky like yesterday. Man does that suck.
