What a difference exercise, dry skin brushing, and coconut oil on my skin after made a difference the latter half of my day. Not a huge miracle feeling, but definitely improved my mood..:D

That's great kds. It's always a good feeling to find something that we can do ourselves to feel better. I hate being dependent on prescript
ion antimicrobials and supportive therapies that have to be administered by a doctor. It makes me feel very helpless to have to rely on other people for any sense of relief.

kds,
I am so happy for you! I can see that you are taking charge in your illness and thinking outside of the box. Keep up the good work.

I too use coconut oil on my skin! It's such a wonderful moisturizer for the dry skin that I have thanks to the Lyme!
I'm so happy to hear that you are doing all you can to detox! It will go a long way to helping you feel better. I would suggest that you keep an
open mind about
increasing the number of days that you dry skin brush though. I would encourage you to increase the days as soon as you feel your skin can handle it, although 2 days a week is a great place to start!
Congrats on getting started on your way to feeling better!!
