I am by no means an expert at what I am about
to say. I have a gene mutation of A1298C. The test that was done on you checks for that one and the C677 mutations. Look up the MTHFR Foundation. It has something to do with how your body processes folate.
Dr. Shoemaker has a chart that will break down the DNA testing on the Hapolotypes that you have posted results to. It's very tricky to decipher. My LLMD broke it down for me. If you type in Dr. Shoemaker an Hapolotypes, you should be able to find it. I have a copy of it somewhere in my medical records, if I find it, I will be glad to post it here.
Your CD57 is low, which usually indicates a Chronic Lyme Infection. Mine is still low and my hapalotype shows Chronic Lyme and Mold Illness. What this means for me is that I will always be sick with Lyme and that any exposure to mold will set me back 20 to 30%. We lost our home in February due to mold toxicity and its been a very long road back to recovery.
I wish you the best and hope your doctor will help ease your mind and explain all of this to you.

If you could find it, that would be great..I am trying to find it but all I can find on him is how to purchase his book. Thank you for the information and advice. And thank you Traveler, for the bump.
