I could not believe I felt sweat on my head from a hot mustard seed powder bath and sure enough I looked in mirror. It is good stuff! I try to do one once a week (because thats when my parents are away, they would b**** about
using up the water bill). Anyway,I can't even get my head to sweat when I exercise.

Opugirl,
I would love to put my excessive sweating with your lack of sweating!! We would even out..lol. I wish I could stop this sweating..lol.

The mustard/cayenne pepper foot bath also raises one's body temperature. The instructions are in the "New to Lyme? Start here!" under detoxing. These foot baths are very helpful!

Well I tried it last night for the first time....and for the first time my feet weren't cold the entire night!!!@ Although I didn't sweat at all. Although...just a tip probably not the best idea to increase circulation when it is your lady time. Boy was I woozy this morning!
Oh I just re-read this. You took a mustard Bath not foot bath. LOL got it.
