Forget where to put things

I had to commit on here, I put my dogs lease in a drawl, I couldn't find it for a hour, my daughter found it. I find things in weird places, I don't even remember putting them there but I do.

I went to pay my electric bill last month, and I didn't even know I paid it already. I leave so many water bottles around , because I don't remember opening them, it drives everyone nuts. I forget to take my medication , I have to remind myself all the time. One of the worst things I forget is deodorant , my mind is just not here anymore most of the time.

I have started writing things down on the calendar, but I forget to look at it.

I do the same things, it's really annoying, I know. Today, I put lettuce in one of our kitchen drawers. Fortunately, I noticed it an hour later. A couple of weeks ago, I got on my son about misplacing his glasses only to realize after he left for school that I had brought them downstairs for him and forgot that I did that :o(. Poor little guy; I apologized a lot to him when he got home from school and had gone all day w/o wearing his glasses. Forgetting meds is the tough-I have pill organizers now to help w/ that. I feel like my mind is 90 years old. Just do what you can to make it easier on yourself-getting organized and writing things down and then let it go and be easy on yourself. There's nothing you can do about it right now so forgive yourself. You're doing the best you can. How are you doing right now? How are the seizures?

i do the same thing but i am not sure if it is just that i am always so busy. Today I went to the card store after work to buy my fiancee a valentines card. I was rushing and when I got home, I could not find the card. Don't know what happened to it between the store and my car but I did not realize it until I got home. Then I was eating dinner and took the bottle of doxy out so that I can take it with dinner. I went out after dinner and was thinking that I am not sure if I took the meds. I do things like that all the time. But I am so upset because I now have to buy another card tomorrow.

I still deal with this one too! I just found the cheese in the freezer yesterday, asked hubby "Uhmmmm, did you put the cheese in the freezer for any reason?" He just looked at me and I knew - I did it again!! LOL!!!

It's truly amazing what I find where!! I've quit asking "what was I thinking?" LOL!!!

Yes,that is the best strategy,think of the most ridiculous place and look there.

I, once lost one of a pair of very expensive diamond and sapphire stud earrings which drove me to despair.

I looked everywhere.strippped the bed,and ,and....

It was only when I was carrying the dirty washing down to the cellar,that I found it inside a bra,stuck in the lining.

Thank goodness I always check each piece of washing before loading the machine.

Sooooooo,I guess what I'm saying is,have you checked your laundry?????
