How old was he? And his kids and wife, ugh. it's just so sad, and unfair.

This is truly heartbreaking. Thanks for sharing.

Crying for him, his family, for everyone touched by this disease.

So sad! Any idea what type of complication caused his death? These stories are always scary to me, as I'm sure they are to many of us.
It's absolutely ridiculous that people are dying from a disease that is treatable! These stories need to get out there to the public and medical community so people understand how serious lyme disease is!

no idea. One of my lyme friends lost someone she knew to lyme yesterday. Died in her sleep..40/50s

It's heartbreaking and scary to all of us. I knew a lady on facebook that died not long ago and a man last summer. It scares me because nothing has helped me and I know each day I remain in this bed, my chances increase. May he RIP.

I have a new sitter coming to help w/ my kids. Her friend's husband died many years ago. He had been very sick for years w/ no answers as to why and eventually died. His wife demanded an atopsy, turns out he had lyme disease.He lived on the east coast and had all of the symptoms of LD! For God's sake, when is this going to be recognized by the medical community!

these stories totally need to be told in national PSA's that would run all the time

instead of learning about it through u tube, facebook

Hope2be no problem. I couldn't stop thinking about him, and his family. I didn't know him personally but I admire all he did to raise awareness, and my heart breaks that he didn't have to help he so desperately needed.

Ugh, here I go again. If I start crying again today I may never stop!

Anyway, yes I want to learn more about the Innana House. I'm very interested in starting something like this locally (as soon as I am physically able).
