Hey,

What are you guys thoughts on braggs apple cidar vinegar being acidic? There is a big debate over this(of course). Jernigan uses it in his formulas though so..

just put it in water. It didn't bother my stomach I don't think.

i use it every morning in water with my grapefruit seed extract drops and take my morning supplements with it.
