Epsom foot bath cloudy

Hi,

when I'm doing the foot baths, the water turns cloudy (even without hydrogen peroxide). Maybe a stupid question, but is this a good sign or doesn't it mean anything? (my feet are clean when going in, just to be complete - lol smilewinkgrin )

I know that my foot bath water would turn cloudy - as would my full detox bath water, especially when I was really ill. It hasn't done that in a while now, so I assumed it was the result of toxins that my skin was able to finally expel - of course I have no proof of that though!

What does the water with only the Epsom Salts look like? Does the appearance of the water look different after you have soaked your feet for a while? If you have clean feet, and the appearance of the water changes after the foot soak, then, where do you think the materials came from that is making the water murky? I think its logical that the increased murkiness came from your body. Where else could it have come from?

that's what I thought, I thought I'd ask if others had the same thing going on... It's not an ionic foot bath, but it still became well murky, imagine the waste in my body...

That's exactly what I always think when I've done my ionic footbath!!!!!!

Although it is getting less "gungy".......I scared myself last week,I found large black particles in the detox water,turned out to be bobbles from my new black socks which had apparently stuck to my feet LOL.
