  Sorry, I read something here

what is called,?  when your blood thickens, kinda sticky

 it becomes more difficult to get your blood drawn?

 what are some things u can take, to make blood better

 before one had lyme and all

I have trouble getting blood to flow, it will go slow and stop..

I think appke cider vinegar does it naturally. I would double check that though!

Apple Cider Vinegar will thin the blood because it contains acetic acid. I like apple cider vinegar, but apparently there are some precautions:

One of the main reasons that the blood becomes thick is because of the breakdown of the detoxification pathways in the body. When my daughter was at her most sick stage, I implemented several techniques to thin her blood- ionic foot detox, and epsom salt/ hydrogen peroxide baths for detoxification. Serrapeptase and lumbrokinase are proteolytic enzymes that digest and eliminate foreign non-living material in the blood. Infinity has a product composed of Venus flytrap extract that is reputed to thin the blood as well. The serrapeptase and lumbrokinase also dissolve biofilms and dissolve the lyme cysts. Milk thistle for liver support.

Be sure to drink lots of water and also that you have enough electrolytes for normal blood volume.

Thick and hypercoagulated blood is one of the fundamental issues that should be addressed before treatment is started in my opinion for a chronically ill person. Even the most ideal medication will be partially nullified if it is not transported to where it is needed in the body. This is my 2 cents.

A person really needs to make sure there aren't any reasons to avoid this though! It can be extremely dangerous. Please have your blood checked before starting any kind of therapy like this!

The only caveat is that you should not use these natural means of thinning the blood with blood thinning pharmaceuticals. Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase, and Venusflytrap are not dangerous at all. They have nothing to do with platelets or clotting factors at all. As you know. bromelain is another possible proteolytic enzyme.

These things are not a problem or dangerous in and off themselves, other than if a person is already using a dangerous pharmaceutical such as coumadin or heparin. In that case, yes, because a dangerous substance is already being used.

The other possible issue is that a tremendous herx could be created because your antimicrobial and immune system will be a lot more effective in killing the microbe. I would start off with a low dosage to guage its effectiveness and then build up slowly as much as you are comfortable to a full dose.

Turmeric is said to purify and thin the blood as well.

Thanks Don! I'll be the first to admit that thinning one's blood makes me nervous - as my husband almost bled to death several years ago due to medications that he was taking at the time!

I take Nattokinase, my doctor told me about it. I also take Wobenzym which helps out the circulation. I'm also with Don, infrared saunas are great. Last blood draw my doctor noticed a difference :) and it's all safe as long as you aren't on blood thinners.

Proteolytics and WATER. I feel proteolytics have been integral in my being able to treat without abx. Especially because I have two MTHFR mutations so my detox pathways are just starting to open because I've been treating. I can see the difference in my blood fluidity under microscopic examination if I run out of proteolytics for a couple days.

Don, I appreciated your depth of post. I don't have slot of energy to do that right now.. But wanted to add my part. There are 3 ways I see the difference in fluidity

1. Less rouleau.
2. The cells move more rapidly and freely in live blood and don't clump Or seem to be moving through sludge. The blood lives (moves)longer
3. I see many less fragments of cells and non chylous debris that haven't been cleared.

Proteolytics helped at high doses, as did water.. But I will say when we started mthfr support is when the difference really started getting really pronounced. Proteolytics are great because they deal with things even when your detox pathways are hampered.. But if you can get them both working together it is really amazing the changes you can see in the blood.
