Showers and lyme disease

Anyone think lyme bugs don't like hot showers? Also contrast showers?

I've seen some websites talk about contrast showers where it stays hot for a few minutes, then cold for around a minute or two and repeating that a few times. It is said to be something that helps the body circulate. It would be interesting to know if that can have some kind of effect on the spirochetes.

I don't know about contrast showers, but I do know that a really hot shower always helps me feel a little better.

Dr. J. has said that contrast showers are a technique that can help to raise abnormally low body temperature to a higher setting. The spirochetes definitely will not like that.

I am convinced that it is possible to kill the bacteria by artificially creating a false fever. The key is to create an elevated temperature that is uniform throughout the body, for a substantial amount of time, but not to dangerously high levels. Of course, the caveat is that you MUST detox thoroughly or else you will suffer tremendously from the herx.

Its important to start out with lower temperatures and acclimate yourself to the temperstures. Only increase the heat during successive treatments as you are able to bear it. I have taken a scientifically proven concept and developed a thermogenic treatment to be used on the body, based on this scientific principle.
