Hi Arualb,
Welcome to our community! I'm sorry that your first post ended up being edited, but we don't put our Doc's names up on the forum as this is an
open forum and our doc's are being persecuted for helping us. If anyone has seen this doc, they will likely recognize them and will post for you. For any real feedback though, you will need to enable your email (in your profile, be sure to click 'submit' on the bottom of the page), so that others can email you directly with information.
May I ask why you are asking about
two doc's that are so far apart?
If you haven't already, it would be helpful for you to start with reading through the thread at the top of the forum titled,
"New to Lyme?...Start here!!"
, as it is packed full of important information, symptom lists (as Lyme rarely occurs by itself), helpful links and pdf's, how to detox when one has these infections, and a list of questions that you can ask any doctor that you are seeking treatment from!
We also have a pretty good search function on this forum to help you narrow down your search for information from past posts. We must be our own health advocates now and the best thing to arm yourself with is knowledge about
our infections and the different ways to treat them!

I live in Miami, but was diagnosed in NJ. Trying to figure out how to proceed.

No problem! It was just a bit odd! LOL!
I would suggest that you find a LLMD as close as possible to where you live, as this is usually a long term project to heal from these diseases.
I'm sure we can help you figure out what you should do next though! Keep reading all that you can about
these infections, information is power with this stuff, and ask all the questions you need to help you determine which infections you may have and what protocol you want to try. Don't forget to use the search function to help narrow down the amount of threads you have to read through to get the info you are looking for. I would suggest that you always put the term "Lyme" into the search box first to help narrow down the amount of 'hits' returned as well.

move!
getting help with lyme in FL. is near impossible. the further south you get, the worse the problem is.
DR.K in orlando is good, and is right off the turnpike @ the entrance to universal studios.
