So I was doing my daily search for peripheral neuropathy help and came across this website for the Center for Peripheral Neuropathy. Of course they list lyme disease as one of the causes of inflammatory peripheral neuropathy but I notice the last line of the site reads "lyme disease is curable, if treated early".
So does this mean that they believe if it is NOT treated early, that it is NOT curable? So is it possible to find a lyme literate neurologist who will treat CHRONIC lyme? because the one I went to didn't have a clue about lyme. So does the neurology part of the medical community believe in chronic lyme?
Perhaps I will have to continue this line of research to continue our battle against the IDSA.
