Good probiotics please?

I'm a big fan of sunbiotics - they're organic and I think contain pre-biotics as well. They have a powder which is a little challenging to get down or tablets (which, in my lyme-induced stupor, it took me 2 weeks to realize are chewable - a lesson learned from choking on way too many of them!).

If you want heavier duty ones, I used to use a comination of ultra flora and tru flora - I think both by metagenics - this kept my system functioning pretty well especially considering I was on 3 antibiotics for an extended period of time. Hope this helps!

Just be aware that some probiotics (Ultra Flora) need to be kept in a fridge or they are considered dead and will do nothing for you! I have spoken to the company on this.
I saw my brand recently in a grocery store on a shelf and on a shelf in the drug store. NO way I'd pay that kind of price for them when they refuse to store them correctly. I buy the Ultimate Flora Critical Colon 80 Billion and you buy them at any health food store or places like Sprouts and Whole Foods.

We use RenewLife Ultimate Flora daily, and rotate Align and Culturelle.
