My test on ELISA was IgM negative, IgG - VlsE 122,7 E/mL.
In Europe we have different metric units from USA for these numbers.
I had lots of tick in the past, but never had any rush. I never took any antibiotics.
My symptoms are being tired, low energy, depression, mood swings, inability to concentrate, think...and some rheumatic, shooting pains all over my body... and being cold all the time, cold feet and hands..
When I called to the lab that made this test and talked to the doctor, she said its not such a big number, as some patients that have lyme have the number above 1000.
She said its possible that I didn't even know of getting the disease and that I could have overcomed it without me even being aware of it.
Do you think, or have you ever heard or read that lyme can go away without fighting it?
And also, once you have lyme, can you ever become lyme free, or it becomes just a matter of controlling it, putting it into remission?
I don't like this having symptoms or not having symptoms approach.
One could be at just 60 % of their optimal functioning, without even knowing what he/she could be, if the darned lyme wouldn't be ****ing him up. Without knowing he is not at his best. Especially as this is such a long term diesease that someone in all the years may not know what is his best.
I'm not talking just about the pain, and physical symptoms...**** the pain. I could live with that. But how could someone know what and how he/she could be feeling, functioning, what someone's whole CONSCIOUSNESS could be like, if he was lyme free?
So to say there is just a switch between having symptoms, and symptoms free, is bullcrap. Its not an all or nothing, in my opinion. Its how much a single spirochette affects your being, your thinking, your living. There may be 100000 of them, or 1000000000 of them, but at 1001 someone could be functioning worse that at just 1000, even if he doesn't know it consciously.
I'm just trying to say that in my opinion there is not a clear border between no symptoms and having symptoms. No pain, no swollen joints, glands, no depression.. doesn't neccesary mean not being affected by it.
So my question is can someone ever eliminate completely this crap out of his body?
