chlamydia Pneumoniae

Mycoplasma is way more of my root issue then Lyme.  Lyme feels like a walk in the park compared to myco.  I've finally gotten it a bit under control because I'm hitting yeast.  Yeast allows mycoplasma to do more damage.  They are symbiotic.  

When I first found myco in my blood cpnhelp's website had a pic up that they identified as chlamydia pneumonia.  I had to correspond with scientists at Stanford and at a lab in Virginia before I found out weeks later after getting my lab results back as positive for mycoplasma pneumonia that the pic they had up was mislabeled.  Anyway, that site has great resources but also recs purchasing your own abx online and treating yourself based solely on symptoms, so I'd urge people to just be very smart about the advice they take away.  For instance, they swear the only reason one would react to N-acetyl-cysteine is if they have cpn and this is UNTRUE.  NAC is a precursor to glutatione so as it opens up detox pathways it is likely to make you feel worse.  In addition, if you suffer from the Cystathione Beta synthase mutation, NAC could potentially make you very ill.  I take NAC and it is wonderful for myco and cpn .  Stephen Buhner has a great section on it in his new book about Mycoplasma.

I don't know if I have CBS. Symptom wise I don't react to things that many say trigger CBS, so if I do have a polymorphism it isn't expressing. I'll know in a few weeks when I get my 23andme test results back.

Yeast has been very hard for me. I always thought I had candida, it was the first health problem I pursued many years ago. I've done so many things for it.. Cleanses, very restrictive diets for years at a time.. Etc. Well, come to find out my issue isn't candida. It's another saphrophytic fungi aka mold. It took over when I lived in Washington state. That's when I got really really sick. I also picked up mycoplasma there.

I recently started Thorne's sf722.. Berberine, molybdenum and pau d arco..Plus bacillus coagulans ( and a bunch of other probiotics I've been taking) And was making good progress but I'm so sick of the restricted diets at this point compliance was hard and anytime I ate so much as 1/4 cup of rice the symptoms would come roaring back. So, I started nystatin a couple weeks back with the herbals. I also take sodium butyrate, which is a powerful yeast killer and ammonia detoxifier.. But you would not want to take it if you have any viral issues like hhv as it is a histone deacetylase inhibitor and can reactivate viruses. Also lactoferrin. Lactoferrin is very powerful against yeasts and increases the effectiveness of everything you are taking. I feel as if the yeast are finally being addressed and my last two lingering symptoms that keep me from feeling 100% are resolving. My joint pain is now gone and my fatigue is incredibly improved. I'm back to walking 3-5 miles per day pushing a double stroller ;). It was like night and day. I've done Nystatin before with no results so I do feel like the herbals and supplements make a very big difference for me. Plus i can now detox the dieoff, which is HUGE. Before the dieoff just helped some other pathogen take over. Yeasts/ mold sucks. Good luck fighting it! So glad you are having improvement.
