It sounds like the best thing for you to do would be to see an LLMD or Lyme Literate Physician. These doctors are typically by referral only so start a new thread " Looking for LLMD in _____" and you will get help shortly.
Lyme tests are extremely inaccurate - especially the ones given through standard labs. I had the deer tick bite with physician confirmed EM rash and tested negative initially...and tested negative 2 more times years later.
I did however test positive with the Igenex laboratory which most LLMDs use. It sounds like you may have more than Lyme but neverfear! There are lots of folks on here that can help and that have a lot of information. Coinfections of Bartonella, babesia,ehrlicia and mycoplasma are the common ones associated with lyme.
