So this is my post for summer treats. Some of my favorites.
Frozen fruits and veggies - also time savers if you wash the fruit and freeze them in baggies, then you don't wait for them to spoil and they are ready to grab and go.
Blueberries

Peas (surprisingly delicious)
Watermelon
Make your own popsicles
Personally I like watermelon mixed with some lyme (oops, I mean lime), mint, and coconut milk...delicious
I also like coconut milk with grated ginger and peach
The options are quite endless though. If I make too much of an AM smoothie I'll add a little bit of water and make the remainder into popsicles. That way if I'm running late in the AM too I can grab a smoothie pop and go. What a wonderful breakfast!
Grilled is delicious
Grilled zucchini, grilled shrimp, grilled tomatoes, grilled eggplant....just olive oil, garlic, and salt...
I'm starting to get hungry now!
