Newbie Looking for help in PA

Hey Everyone

So let me tell you a little about myself. I am a 34 year old male living in PA. When I was 18 I was diagnosed with Lyme's disease(which took about 9 months of visits to finally find out it was lyme's) but not sure what type. I went on a very extensive anitbiotic treatment for 6 months till the dr finally said that I was "cured" Well over the course of the last 16 years I have had little issues here and there but never really put it together as maybe a reacurrance of Lyme's. But the last 4-5 years have been the worst. I feel like an old man 6 days a week with little to no energy, depressed a good amount of the time and no ambition to want to do anything. I try to sleep at night but usually wake up after only a few hours and can never fall back to sleep regardless of how tired I am. I try to exercise regular and I am in decent shape(5'8" and 165lb) so it is weird to have such a lack of energy. On top of the tiredness and such I suffer from extreme back pain along with numbness and nerve pain down my right arm. Have also been diagnosed with adhd as well. I am sure the list goes on as well but those are the biggest players.

about a month ago I changed my diet and nutritional supplement intake to help with my back(still not thinking the lymes thing) and started taking: apple cider vinegar, Brewers Yeast, Fish Oil, a good daily multi, zyflamend(natural anti-anflamitory pill) and knocked out most of my coffee intake and have been eating tons and tons of veggies as well. Well I was thinking that this might take a while to make me feel better but my symptons have gotten so much worse. Well 3 days ago and for some reason I remembered the lyme disease diagnose/"curing" from my childhood and decided for some known reason to do a quick google search and was surprised to see that lyme diseas is never completely healed as my doctor led me to believe. So now that brings me to here. I am reaching out here for input and what my next step should be. I will let you know that I am now a person that would prefer not to take medicine if I can help it unless it is mandatory.
